Jag verts have generally had a good rep for minimal scuttle shake, and the XK is even stiffer than previous designs. It's not impossible that there's a small amount of flex, but I think the previous suggestions about the dampers are far more likely. As far as the stock dampers (and the Active Dynamics software that controls them) are concerned, you're running the car much nearer to full compression than normal, and the system just can't handle it fully.

The full compression of the damper and also the fact the ADS can only increase damping to a certain point, which is right on the edge of not being enough.

This was my number one gripe with the base XKR suspension at higher speeds.

SoBal Babe- Get in contact with Matt from Sprires in the UK Spires :: Engineered Performance for Jaguar and BMW

In my months of suspension trial and error, they are the only shop I've found to know their stuff with Jag suspensions. I'm sure the could suggest some dampers for you to try and alleviate the dreaded rear end bob.
