Just woke up the XKR from its winter rest on the 1st trip of 30 miles of highway driving car went in Resstrective Performance, The Next day no warning until 20 miles of driving, and the warning appeared again but then went away. After the first time, the car checked out by the Indy mechanic no codes were stored.
My next step will be to replace the fuel filter, any suggestions will be appreciated.

 

Stored over Winter with fuel in the tank? Certainly a possible cause of the RP.

Yes, I always stored my jaguars over the winter with a freshly topped-up tank. Not the best way to store over winter (3-5) months depending on the weather?

In case you have any unset OBD monitors (check them), some/many codes can't flag so if any are unset let us know which.

Also, many codes are 2-trip so may not flag yet - so check for pending codes in case they show there.

It's worth using OBD live data for any values you grasp (ECT, IAT, ...) - check for any weird / implausible / plainly wrong values.
