Not to be snide, but the only thing I know of is to get a newer model. I just tell myself and others that it was a conscious decision by Jaguar to reflect the heritage of the E-type in the new model XK.
Also, an ariel antennae will get better reception than a built into the glass type if that helps.

@darth i wish i could just buy a newer model but right now this one is fully paid for and with the economy the way it is i dont want another car note in 2 months i pay off my 08 escalade and thank god all i will have to worry about is my mortage on my condo so right now im gonna have to stay with my 07 xkr until times get a little better or i hit the lotto lol

Part numbers, costs and labor times for antenna kit
Part number for coupe kit C2P16198XXX $710.70
Part number for convert C2P16200XXX $684.95
Part number for harness C2P17367 $189.00
The XXX at end of part number means it has to be painted to match the car which would be additional cost
The harness kit fits both models.
These are dealer list prices, it may be possible to get a better price if you are buddies with a dealer you spend money at.
Suggested labor for installation coupe 5 hours convert 3 hours, labor hourly rates vary dealer to dealer, we are getting $120/hour on customer pay work so you can at least ballpark the costs. I haven't seen a kit yet so I don't know how much paint work is involved but it cant be more than $200.
