I have come to the point where I can't find a qualified mechanic that knows how to use JLR SDD software for 2006 Jaguar XK to run diagnostic and programming. I have latest version of JLR SDD software with all the needed functionality to program vehicle but looking through it I'm not feeling qualified to troubleshoot and program configuration files. I'm in Tacoma and have towed the car all over the area to three mechanics that I thought were qualified to do repairs but the car is still not running. Before I put this car up for auction I would like to ask the group if they know a qualified mechanic that can get my car running. I was willing to transport the car down the Pacific Coast so Oregon, Washington and California.

You probably don't need to do the config stuff. Fairly easy to avoid that and instead just look for errors etc.
