2007 XK


Has anyone removed the passenger side seat valence? I can't get mine to budge and it's so tight up against the seat I can't tell where and how to remove it. I need to be able to reach the fly lead inside of it.

 

You may have seen the instructions in the manual (page 3236 http://www.mediafire.com/file/6wdif3...IN+B32752+.pdf ) I think you can move the fly lead to become accessible without removing he valence so try and reach the electrical connector tab, squeeze and pull to release towards the front of the seat. BTW the valence is held in with 2 torx head screws that insert from below through the 2 holes depicted in the manual picture. The valence releases upwards at a 45 de angle.
