Default Serpentine belt. 08 XKR

Got her back on stands. Higher this time so I have more wiggle room while I wait on the worm clamps and torque wrench set.
@guy mentioned Idler pulley. So I looked up, turns out, two idler pulleys and tensioners in the Svc manual and got to studying.

It doesn’t mention anything about belt orientation.
but when I crawled under and glanced at the drivers side (LH) the belt on the AC compressor (upper right in pic) is smooth side out.
While the one on the rusty ole crankshaft is rubber side out.
Need a reality check,

Left Ribbed - Right smooth (felt ribs on other side)
Left Ribbed - Right smooth (felt ribs on other side)
Looks like smooth out is on the AC compressor and Robbed is on the crankshaft pulley.
Looks like smooth out is on the AC compressor and Robbed is on the crankshaft pulley.

If the pulley which the belt runs around is ridged, then the ribbed side of the belt should go against that pulley. If the pulley is smooth, then the flat side of belt should be in contact with it.

Well that was an amateur hour question from me.
Thanks Richard.
So embarrassed wish I could delete the post.
