Question Should I lower my XKR? (pics)

What do you think?

Anyone have experience with lowering and by how much should I lower it?

Pics attached.

Without a doubt you should lower it. Especially with your aftermarket wheels. The lines just don't come alive until all the gap is removed. You asked for pics - did you see my post about modding? There are tons of pics and even clips of mine lowered.

All in all, cost $2500 for me to upgrade my tires from 19 inch to 20 inch, plus the cost of the rims. I got it done at 'OK Tire' in Vancouver - they deal with trend motoring.

There is a lot of enthusiasm on this forum for lowering the XK. In fact many people are talking favorably about the idea right now on The Modding Has Begun! thread.

I think it looks good lowered, but I would not do it. Perhaps I live in the wrong place, but around here there are any number of parking lot exits where I have to be real careful not to bottom out. Having the front end scrape the pavement is not a good sound.
