I can tell you though, 0-60 in under 1.5 seconds is a real hoot. Don't know if that alone would be worth $200k though.
On the other hand, that is a lot of vehicle for not a ton of coin. I've been looking at USED Aston Martin Vanquishes just under that amount.

As a huge watch enthusiast, I still have to concede that means it's technically better at its job and costs less than the equivalent existing more mechanical offering.

Agreed. The number of stories we will read about totaled Tesla Roadster's attempting 0-60 in 1.9 seconds will equal the number of these sold. Sure is purdy though.
I want one for sure!!!
I have no idea what you are saying, or well I can guess! Reminds me of this video
I agree with Red Rider. Although the front looks better than the Model 3 (could anything look worse besides the Aston Vantage?), it's still not attractive. And hopefully Tesla has learned something from its original roadster which was a real piece of junk. And finally, getting to 60mph is not the greatest joy of driving a car at least for me. It's the sound, it's the feel, it's the steering and the ride and the handling, and the feeling you have when you're driving it. I feel much the same way about a lot of modern day supercars like Lamborghini even McLaren. They're too busy trying to appeal to the "boy racer" in all of us with so many add-ons that you forget the overall design language of the car. It's why I much prefer sports car and exotics from the 1970s, where sensuality, simpliticity, and beauty ruled the day not how fast you can travel approximately 170 feet. I much prefer the look and feel of my 1972 De Tomaso Pantera to the Tesla. Here is a picture taken on a Father's Day organized drive by the organizer's camera car.

250 mph top speed, over 600 miles driving range with one fully charged battery pack.
I'm sure I could live with one.
