Recently I noticed that I get a vibration/shaking in the steering wheel when idling at a complete stop when I turn
the steering wheel to maneuver out of a parking spot. I have no
clue...There is no vibration in the steering wheel while driving. Is it a lose power steering belt? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

 

Maybe air in the ps system. First approach to resolve would be to replace ps fluid with new. ( if car has over 50k miles)
