I got the remote top kit and installed it last weekend. The directions are great and it went in with only a minor sore back. It worked but I was having a bug. I emailed Steve and he got right back to me. We talked on the phone and worked out all the possibilities of the bug. After a couple of days and some trial and error we got it right and I love it. He backs up his products 100%. If anyone is interested have no fear in his products he supports them.

Jim, thank you for posting. I am glad you are happy with the XK SmartKey Remote Top, one touch top feature and rear window control.

Most of the time the installations work without any issues, but occasionally some support is needed. I stand by my guarantee of successful installation.

This level of support I have provided over the last few years has given many Jag owners the confidence to install my products themselves.

I cannot express adequately how impressive this one upgrade has made the car seem worth the purchase price. I look forward to your other inventions, and when you have that backup camera option worked out, I promise to be first in line. Thank you Steve for your great product. I installed the remote top controller w/rear window control yesterday. It took a few hours and your instructions were great. I had no problems with the install and everything worked the very first time. I think this is a great upgrade to an already fantastic Car.

 

Yeah he helped me with my GVIF install. He's definitely a huge asset to this group! Super guy.
