Took a Few Pics...
Gave her a slight makeover since I last posted pics. Well it isn't a makeover but there was an improvement.
Wonder if you guys that know my car will notice it...

The Engine Spun Aluminum interior is one Albert. Although nobody would recognize them as new because I don't think I've ever posted interior pics.
There are a few things different about the exterior.

Beautiful Jaguar. Like the spun aluminum interior but not the wood trim on glove box area. It looks out of place as it does not match. I have the spun aluminum myself on my 2009 XKR but it all matches throughout the car interior.
Love your wheels, do not plasti-dip them. They are way to nice on this car. Looks awesome. Wheels are beautiful as is.
Nice ride.
Was the rear Jaguar trunk strip originally in black or chrome?
I don't like the look of the matte back Jaguar strip on rear. I see no reason to hide the Jaguar brand name from view on the rear. I assume you dipped the strip.
I would suggest that you add a Jaguar leaper badge on the rear end. In chrome of course. It would match the side chrome window trim and wheels, and front chrome grill vents on the sides.
Don't like the blacked out XK badge on the rear, it needs to be in chrome. Can't tell if the XK badge has been blacked out or removed.
Can't tell if hood vents are carbon fiber replaced...they look original with supercharged still embossed into vents.

Thanks for the compliments guys. Richzak, I think Engine Spun aluminum is more of an accent and having it on every panel looks a bit like it's trying too hard. Think like a tie, hanky, socks set. That said I have been torn with doing piano in place of the burl to keep it more sporty but don't think I would consider all Aluminum.
Yes the XK emblem is removed. But always has been. It looks totally silly to have XK on one side and R on the other. Either no XK or move the XK next to the R so the rear is clean.
The chrome strip has been dipped but has been this way for a while now. Definitely more sporty looking and also makes the rear wider. I did survey of common folk and they liked the blacked out look. The matte actually adds a bit of texture and contrasting interest.
I have considered the leaper but would be black.
No carbon hood inserts
Here are the latest changes...........
I re-installed front spacers with the Cor wheels. So they stick out 15mm further than when I first put the wheels on!
I also went back to my radius cut exhaust tips so they contour with the rear bumper.

I do like the idea of the piano black replacing the wood burl in the interior.
The piano black and spun aluminum would look awesome.
You have a beautiful car, and I really like those wheels. They are some of the nicest I have ever seen. Great choice, excellent taste in wheel selection.
