I have a 2013 Jaguar xk and I changed the battery now the touch does not work. How can I reset it? Thanks for your help.

 

Does the battery have a minimum of 12.6 volts across the terminals with the ignition in the OFF position for at least ten minutes?

 

Jaguar Logo comes on but soon goes off

 

One of the modules in the fibre optic loop is not working;

Touchscreen
CD/Radio
Gateway module (infotainment control module)
Phone module
DAB/Sirius/HD-Radio module
Navigation DVD module
Audio Amplifier
Diagnostic connector near the obd2 port

One of these will be "breaking the loop"

Hey I have the same problem, and I was wondering what exactly went wrong. i am trying to figure the same thing out.

 

This thread is three years old and the OP has never returned. You probably won't hear from him.

 

And the problem was most likely the battery.

 

Sorry I took so long but the problem I had ended up being the Touch Screen. I had to replace it.
