Default Trunk lid liner clips

While removing the trunk liner I found out some broken clips and tabs which are very brittle.

The clips are no issue to buy but I can't find replacement for the clips tabs which are glued to the liner.

That's a clip in place

That's a good tab that got unglued. All others are broken

The liner

No apparent part number for that and also couldn't find a replacement on Google

Any ideas please?

I had found a possible replacement for those clip holders for someone on here a while back. I posted a link, so maybe you can find it in a search.

Think that was me! :-)
I ended up at a junkyard and found a Mercedes that had a similar clip holder on their trunk lid. Can't recall which model but I think it was the A-klasse, maybe the 200 series.

I remember now, they had no stock. Nor Sweden or UK but a couple of weeks after I found the Merc ones
I got an email from them saying they had stock again.

Great ! That is very close to the original, maybe Jaguar source in the past for our cars. Thanks!

I ordered yesterday the Chinese one already ...

I will update here if it fits once I'll get it or need to order the UK part which is 3 times the cost BTW
