Water in rear tail fog lamp unit

Water in rear tail fog lamp unit
Have no clue as to how water has entered the rear fog lamp tail light. Accumulated in bottom of lens housing can't seem to drain it. Would the replacement be covered under warranty?!

If you are still under an original factory warranty then it should be.
