Water wetter by Red Line ?
I've used Water Wetter for track-only vehicles, but since it can't be used with anything with glycol, it's not really suitable for a daily driver. It's designed for straight water, so there would be no corrosion inhibitors, no anti-freeze capabilities (although non-glycol additives could be used) and also no boil-over protection.
Drag cars use it mostly because glycol is prohibited due to track clean-up because glycol is a slippery monster to get off the track surface.

I've used it when I tracked/airfielded my SC'd MX-5 but wouldn't run it permanently.
Am going for Evans waterless coolant instead, my local Indy is charging me 1 hours labour* as they already track an XKR and run it on Evans, so are familiar with the procedure.
*Note that this is at the same time as my next service, snout rebuild, new SC oil & bearings and a SS upper pulley to replace he Ali one on currently...so £1080+VAT

As others mentioned, great product but not suitable for a daily driven car.
My mechanic has a machine for cleaning radiators. It is a specialized pressure washer. Getting your radiator fins cleaned every 10 years or so to remove crud will have notable improvement on cooling. Consider doing that (but don't use regular pressure washer on it, too easy to damage).
