Excellent, keep us informed of your final result, perhaps best in a new thread. I was planning on working on this myself when time permits, and have an extra set of inner lights to play with.

I’ll have to look to see where I got it from. I don’t have front sensors, so not an issue for me, but I would imagine it would interfere.

That’s really quite brilliant, yet another design point I believe Jaguar missed…

I’d be willing to pay you for a completed set if it interests you to do so.

100% agree. Great job. Better than OEM for me. I already have a spare set of tail lights ready. If you are interested in doing this mod for me - let's catchup on PM and discuss.

A sad day when someone backs their truck into you in an empty parking lot....

At least the body shop will get rid of all those dam bugs.

Upper AND lower grills, damn.
Had a lady back into my other car in an empty lot, “Oh, I didn’t think there would be any other cars here now”. Glad it wasn’t my Jag.
Sorry for your loss, growler looks ok though.

thanks both of you,, yes me too i have been looking @ them black lights for long and dont understand the designer on that part.

I have used 2 sets of tailamps for making all the misstakes and trials,, and if i would do it again i could done it better,,, but im allredy on another vision that i think is a design miss,, time will tell if i can make it tru.

But back to tails,, I can try to make a video/walktru how I came up with my result.
providing all the info,,, also I can reccomend wot i had done if I dit it again,,
Its pretty easy mod,, iv allredy done the trial and errors?

Pics are awful and they don’t convey just how fantastic this really looks, but fitted some proper carbon fibre side splitters and they absolutely look the part.

I cleaned some coolant off my garage floor!
I then checked the coolant tank and found it a bit low. There is also now some bright orange staining on the torque converter cover behind the blower.
YAY for me! .... and my shop isn't done being built yet and my garage bays are already too full. Guess it waits for a couple months before I pull the supercharger off and replace all those stupid plastic parts. I'll probably see if I can repipe it using braided stainless steel teflon lines and AN fittings, or whatever it needs. No sense putting OEM plastic back on it. That'd be plain stupid.
