Default X150 Cornering Lamp Inoperative

2010 XK left cornering lamp inoperative. Right cornering lamp works.
SDD used to activate LH_FR_CORNERING_LP_CTRL.
12V present at Junction box-central, FLO48/4.
No joy at 35W lamp within the headlamp-lh.

Ran out of time to complete diagnosis today.

Anyone experienced this failure?

Reference: Electrical Guide (VIN: B32753 > Fig. 09.2

Best regards,

Bill

Thanks Guy,
The reminder is appreciated.: the simple answer is often best.
Will keep you posted as the problem reveals itself.

best regards,
Bill

Default Headlamp socket and plug mismatch?

As we are working with the left headlamp the wire for the cornering lamp is yellow with red trace.
12 volts is present at the control panel central and the plug at the headlamp. Closer examination of the headlamp male socket reveals the pin to mate with the yellow/red of the female plug is missing.
OEM wiring contains no obvious splices.
So, next step is research headlamp part numbers!
more later.

Had a similar issue
Previous owner replaced one headlight and apparently not the right P.N.
I followed the electrical scheme and swapped few pins
All working as it should now

Thanks Danny,
On-line JLR catalog research confirms this problem is the same as your experience.
C2P13197 AFS headlight assembly installed in a non-ASF vehicle.
The connector plug pins are correct to allow the high/low beam and other lamps to function properly.
A #12 pin can be added to the headlamp socket and connected to enable the corner lamp.
However, the leveling feature is disabled without a signal from the AFS module-headlamp control.

Hmm, I'll have to give this some thought on which way to proceed.

best regards,
Bill
