Default XF 5.0L (not XFR) Hood Vents

Searched and searched for chrome versions of the supercharged hood vents for my 2015 and only found the Mina ones.
Can the existing plastic vents be chromed?
Thanks,
Greg

It's a lot cheaper to wrap them in chrome vinyl yourself, and it's removable if you don't like it. Search Ebay for chrome vinyl wrap.

agree, but won't work with the "supercharged" lettering on the grills...

You can have them hydro dipped, like I did with my engine appearance cover with similar lettering. I chose a carbon fiber look and red letters, but many finishes are available including chrome. I'm not sure how well it'll hold up on an exterior part but with several coats of clearcoat it should be OK. See: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...-cover-129949/
