XK engine light

XK engine light
so i've had my 08 xk for just over a year and i'm due for service. We had a cold front in NWFL so the car has rested in the garage for about 3 weeks until last week. I took her out for a 45 minute drive to run errands and noticed the check engine light came on. I noticed no changes in how it drives or anything but figured this is a good time for service. I had the car checked out by the dealer last year while the car was under warranty and it had zero issues. I brought it into a local mechanics shop that was highly recommended on the xk8 forum and they say there are a few issues. Check engine light is due to low O2 on one side so he's checking for a sticky valve or something. Mech says that the cold front hit a lot of the cars (like ferrari, masers, and jags) and caused that fault. He just called and said it was a vacuum line (?) and very easy to repair, so engine light is fixed! Yay. The other issue is apparently a coolant leak near the radiator at several locations at plastic fittings. He indicated this is a VERY common jag issue as they use a plastic coolant manifold/fittings. He's working on a quote now. I'm curious if anyone else had this issue and what they did about it. Otherwise I just have a stuck washer fluid sensor which is a relatively cheap part but the wheel well must be removed to get at it. I think i'll put that off.
