Sorry if this has been covered, but none of the normal procedures seemed to work for me - but the one below did.

I have a rolling code opener. This is what I did that finally worked. I tried a dozen other options.

- Unlock and open the door of car but don't put it in aux mode by pressing start button

- Delete old codes by holding I and III buttons on roof console until light changes (30 seconds or so)

- Press both the desired console button and the hand-held remote button simultaneously with hand-held remote about 2-4 inches from console. If the light on the console does not start flashing quickly, move the hand-held remote around to different positions until the light begins to change to a quicker flash.

- Hit the learn button on the garage door opener box on the garage ceiling

- Press the car console button and hold for a couple of seconds, release, press, release and repeat until the console light changes and opener box lights flash or click.

I also have a gate with an opener and I programmed the Jag button as follows:

- Car was running

- Held down the desired console button and the hand held remote button for about 10 seconds with the remote close to the console. That's all it took. Maybe it's not a rolling code opener but I thought it was.
