Can the entire kit be bought for a 2012 that doesn't have one... if so is there an aftermarket vendor recommended.

I don't think Jaguar sells the Speed Pack bodykit as a package, but all the bits are available. Basically, front splitter (in 3 parts), side skirts, rear diffuser and rear-quarter extensions, larger spoiler. Apart from the usual Jag parts sources, there are some UK companies that may be able to help:

Paragon Design (this is a conversion of a 4.2 car to something resembling 2010 Speed Pack styling)
Racing Green (Arden body kits)

There are probably others; it's not something I've researched previously because my car already has the Speed Pack styling.

 

Mina Galleries in Reseda, California has the side skirts, the front splitter, and a rear diffuser, it may not show on their website, but if you call Chris, he can supply it. I purchased the front splitter and sideskirts from his about 1 1/2 years ago. My rear bumper/diffuser is from F/X Designs.
