IMHO they are butt ugly. Guy's dad who sold me mine had one and said he liked the Jag better.
Technically, I guess I'd call them 'nose ugly'. The butt isn't bad. I park my Lexus nose-in to the garage, and when outside, I approach the car from the side or rear, so rarely see the 'butt ugly' nose.
Guess I have to 'pitty the fool' ahead of me when I come up on them on the highway, probably not a pleasant sight.
Another one bit the dust this AM. 13-14 lowered and sounded good. Just didn't have the umph to accelerate like the little 4.2 does. Three lanes and no traffic really lets you stretch your legs a little.
it's great to see this Ford Mustang / Jag XK commentary
I wish Ford still owned Jaguar
I owned an 07 stang, with the Roush P51B engine / supercharge & tune - around 600 rwhp the way it was set up and took it out on Fontana (200+ mph in 4th gear, legally)
that car scared the hell out of me but it was a legit car - 275 tires all around, watts link rear end, etc
also had an 04 svt cobra, 450 rwhp / 500 rwtq - also a hell of a car
I had a '06 super v8 jag - loved it
current car is a '09 portfolio XKR with 16k miles on it
it is a great car, exhaust sounds great, exterior looks near-exotic, and, it doesn't scare the hell out of me
i am partial to the 4.2 jag v8 - too many examples of blown engines I have seen first hand with the Jag 5.0 - i would not own a jag 5.0 powered car imho

Reason: mo info
You need to elaborate more on the ToyoStang or provide a link to somewhere with more about it. I like it a lot.
Thanks! The eGarage video pretty much sums it up. 1968 Mustang, Gulf livery, Toyota 2JZ. It's my project, always evolving for the last 8 years or so. Who knows what the future has in store for it? Some links:
I've been a Mustang GT fan and owner since I picked up my first convertible in 1995. The mustangs were always reliable for me and super easy to work on / upgrade. Parts and upgrades are everywhere.
But when it was finally time for me to get a new convertible after 2 years being without after selling my last Mustang convertible because I needed a 'grown-up' car with 4 doors..... Well I think I'm the reason the cargurus link is now dead. Picked up the used 2010 XKR convertible from Chambersburg, PA in May to double up the Jag count at home.
As others have posted, the XKR is still a look getter and having sported it through the mountains nearby a couple of times, it's an absolute grin machine on any kind road.
The mustang is a great car. But it’s a different class of car. I’m a ford guy that owns three jaguars myself. If it was a choice. Xkr. No doubt xkr. Now if you have issues getting I. And out of a car or want a usable back seat or need a manual transmission..the ford. Otherwise xkr.
I’ve owned a lot of cars, trucks and motorcycles. I buy what I enjoy not to impress. Currently own a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport and a 2018 F Type R. Have owned Porsche’s, BMW Ms, Benz, Audis etc. One of THE most fun cars I ever owned was a 2010 Mustang GT 500. It was a beast. Loud, fast and relatively good looking. On paper not the best handling car but just plain fun to drive. In fact one of the reasons I bought the f type is because it reminds me a little of the mustang. It’s also a beast. Loud and fast.
