Default XKR in the News, still classy as ever.

So nice to XKs in the classiest settings still-
At the 25 second mark, black XKR in front of Loews Regency in Manhattan.
Funny thing is that my thoughts were 'what car is that? it looks really good'

Can't quite make out what was parked in front of it though. It's just too bad it is noticable in a story about that bozo!

I believe its a porche boxer.

There are some settings, such as Park Lane, an XK just comes into its own. Like Rolls and Bentley, while it can be out of place in others. Its timeless as a Savile Row suit, when in its element.

Agreed. Our cars are still beautiful and classy. Mines is 8 years old and whether clean or dirty, I can't remember a day I didn't receive a compliment. Now thats what I call a head turner!

That makes three of us. Was at the Jaguar Owners Club of LA today and found the were eight or nine XKs & XKRs. Many E-Types, one Mark IV and several sedans and XJSs. I think there were forty cars in all. Much fun and good conversations.

I think XK looks better than the beefy F-Type except the unfortunate front fascia that still to this day reminds me of Ford Focus.
