XKR Parking Lot Antics/Smoking Tires
I can see the add now. Slightly used Jaguar XKR driven by an elderly man. Low mileage used more to drive to the mall and grocery shopping. Spent more time in the parking lot then on the open road. Very good condition but may need new tires.
It's a 4.2L XKR with no limited-slip differential and traction control switched off. You can see that most of the tire smoke is coming from the left rear, with little from the right rear. A Quaife LSD would make it more equal.

This is not an uncommon activity immediately before buying new tires, and is done immediately thereafter only by drivers with more money than brains.

Many years ago, there was this guy in my High School Shop Class who had a hot rod Ford. He would do burnouts at every start. One day the car threw a wheel, broke an axle, and the internal gears of the differential were reduced to junk. An XK ain't no Ford, please treat it with respect.
Gads, I detest watching videos with 70% of the screen black. WHY can't people rotate their phones to the proper VIDEO orientation? It takes literally one-quarter of one second.
