XKR Problem
Hello together from Germany. I have the problem that my air mass meter bank B has displayed incorrect values for the intake air temperature. I have replaced it with an accessory spare part now I have the error message system too lean. You should always replace both sides with identical. I checked for false air and did a hard reset all without success. XKR 2008 SC Thanks for your help
Is it SYSTEM too lean, or bank 1, or bank 2, or bank 1 & 2? You may have inadvertently created a vacuum leak. Did you recheck your work? Maybe a loose/disconnected vacuum line.
Hello. The error code with the old air mass meter was P0110 with the new one I have the error codes P0171 and P0174 on false air I checked, found nothing but as I said the new air mass meter is from a different manufacturer than the original. Could that be the cause of the new error codes ,
A MAF that reads wrongly can cause those codes, yes.
You could check fuel trims as often posted but if the MAF is wrong then the readings will be bad of course, whether there's a leak or not.
