Let's follow the sequence of events to see where this issue may have arisen.

1. you started this TB removal to fix a problem with a coolant hose. This was the only reason to remove the TB and there were no codes before that and MIL wasn't illuminated (?)

2. it's the original TB so the only change has been running the engine with the leaking gasket following the first TB refit.

3. you've renewed the gasket and there's no leaks at the TB joint and engine runs OK.

Codes are likely to have been set on the first run with the leaks. As others have said, clear these first and reset the MIL.

Check the harness connectors to the TB are secure. If it persists, treat the issue as if you'd fitted a new TB by disconnecting the battery for approx five minutes. The engine will then start with default mapping an 'learn' the TB again.

The throttle body coolant hoses are leaking on my car and I'm having trouble tracking down replacements. Anyone know the part numbers (I'm assuming they are available separately or are they part of a bigger assembly?)

The parts manual covering the Throttle Body doesn't include the cooling hoses to and from it! Although I've changed a TB, I didn't take too much notice of where the small water hoses originated. Here is the water pump and associated hoses:

XK - Water Valve, Pump & Hoses.pdf

It may be the feed and return through the TB is part of this.
