So we did a second and third coat since much like the airbag cover the edges/contours didn't want to retain the resin, and since this has a lot more contours there were a lot more dry spots. Now well let it fully harden and we'll sand it then clear coat it. Both resins we used offer anti yellowing but don't offer any UV protection and the clear coat does.
Note: With the 2 part resin we were able to use a razor to clean up backside edges and cut drops off 7-8hrs into hardening. Where as with the UV cured resin we had to sand them off as it was rock solid.

We sanded the enamel with 320 grit, then we put 2 coats of clear. Going to wet stand any imperfections out with a 1500 grit then we'll hit it with one more coat of clear, then sand, buff and polish, finally reassemble and install.
