1997 XK8 wiring diagram

Hi all.
Could anyone send me or link me to the wiring diagram for my 1996 XK8? I'm trying to fix the dreaded 'battery not charging'. Battery is getting 14v so it is charging it's an instrument problem

0v on the white/slate wire to the major instrument panel so thinking I have a poor connection on the two pin connector at the alternator which is fine but there's 0 slack
