1998 JaguarXK8 right rear tail light bulbs are all blinking when I turn left signal on , right site is okay. After I swap left module with light bulbs to right and right to left everything is working fine. But left module is not fit to right tail light housing. Could be any ground issue ??

Entirely possible:- the lamps all share a common ground which isn't really up to the job.

The earth is disconnected ..broken.
If you put a wire from a good earth to what should be earthed you will cure it.

 

Negative pin from female site connector coming from wiring harness was bad . R&R connector . Problem solved .
