I have looked at a confusing matrix about jag tranny's and am unsure. I have an automatic 4 speed in my 2000 xk8.
I has a "J" selector with park, reverse, neutral and drive on the right, and 2,3,4 options on the left side.
Could someone just tell me what model transmission I have? sam stumbling in data matrices

 

I have the same model year XK8 and it, and yours, are fitted with ZF's 5HP24 which is a five speed 'box.
