Default Rattle in front suspension/engine area

This rattle is driving me freaking nuts and here is a list of things I have replaced recently- bilstein shocks front and back and upper shock mounts and mina lowering springs and front sway links both sides and stabilizer links both sides and front right engine mount and a few bushings that I cant quite remember. This rattle is over small bumpy roads and I only notice it then at low speed and it sound like coming from the front engine area and almost like metal to metal rattle? Is there any radiator mounts? My independent guru is puzzled as I am. 02 xk8 with 85000 miles.

jack the front end up, bang each tire very hard at the bottom with a sledgehammer, if that fails, pay a shop diagnosis to use chassis ears.

Forgive the question, but are you 100% sure the noise is coming from the front?

The emergency brake cable can sometimes rattle, along with the spring in the right and left rear e-brake drums...and its usually the slow, small bumps that make these rattles sound off.

Just a thought.

Could be missing Anti-Rattle Springs for the Front Brake Pads.

To test, Apply Brakes when going over the Bumps. If no rattle, Springs are missing.

Default now on to the next project passenger seat module

I took my seat out (passenger)side and had all the motors checked by a qualified tech and all motors are good working but the seat module is fried and I have read about some folks doing soldering and read that the module may need programming? I am looking for same seat module with just plug and play and is that possible for the passenger seat module? I sure hope so!Anyone know of any seat module for my 02 xk8 I can buy asap The module box says made in Spain by Ford LJE2160AB/XXX any useful help with this is a welcome.
