2003 XK8 fuel pump options
Have you checked the relay switch found in the boot to see if that is bad? I own a 2001 XKR Coupe that wouldn't start after being in winter storage for several months. The car ran fine up to the time it went into storage. My mechanic found that one of the two fuel pump relays was bad. He swapped the bad relay with a relay not currently being used. The car fire right up.
The fuel pump should be Jaguar part and cost about $250. I was about to order when i found out the relay was at fault. Good luck.

Starting in 2003 there is an entirely revised fuel system with electronic feedback for pressure regulation. Comments for earlier systems do not apply.
For 2003 and later you need to replace the entire fuel pump assembly.

Having taken one apart, it should be possible to replace the pump alone, but may require some amount of DIY engineering to find one that fits and make it work.
So far as I know there aren't any part cross references that recommend a correct size and spec for these pumps.

I had fuel pump problems on my '03. As WhiteXKR said above, the 2003+ fuel system is completely different than the 2002 and earlier cars. The cheapest pump I could find was something like $800.
Keep in mind that the problem with your pump might not be the actual pump. The pump assembly has a built-in check valve which keeps the fuel from draining back into the tank when you shut off the engine. On my pump the plastic around that check valve had cracked and it was allowing the fuel to spray out into the tank. The pump motor was turning, but the fuel just wasn't making it up to the engine.
