Default 2003 XK8 knock sensor price range??

I have my 03 torn apart for valley hose repair, wan't to replace both knock sensors. I am seeing price range from 80 bucks to 253 bucks. What is a good price out there. Jag bits wants like 125 or so per unit

AIRTEX / WELLS Part # 5S5619 {#AJ85676, SU7012, I was checking on some stuff from Rockauto and found this. They also had one for $80, but this is less than $30.

Some of them show cross fit from Xtype and the like. Are these the same for most jags of the 2003 time frame?

Have to say, thats one of the first negatives I've ever seen on JF about SNG brgjag.

I'd probably take them up on their offer of a phone call to track what went wrong, its very unusual.

Hope to hear...

So on this Knock Sensor it appears it mounts to something going into the motor???? Do I take them out and clean them up and put them back in with thread sealer so a water leak if it happened does not get in them?

BRG, that would be my choice, clean them up, if they were working before they should be good to go.

I was told if you have the intake off to do the valley hoses that I should go ahead and replace the knock sensors since it is apart. What is the shelf life on these sensors??? Is it money I do not need to spend?
