My convertible roof stopped working as the motor kept blowing the fuse. I have replaced the motor and this now works but the roof still won’t work as the hydraulic ram behind the driver’s side (right hand side) seems to have ceased. Any ideas how to free this up or does it need replacing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Have both rams rebuilt.
Sorry don't know where near you but someone should chime in with the location.
I do know mine were leaking and it showed up as a puddle behind the door and of course under the rear seat.
Most of the lines at this time have been replaced but if yours have not and are showing signs of flacking the black outer coating laying all over the trunk area. While having the rams done, a good idea is to have the latch also done, it's subject to the O rings being dissolved, known as the green shower.
