is there a non-Jag substitute for LNA5740AB?

Welcome to the Forum.

Your car is known as an X100 (steel bodied car), or an X150 (Aluminium bodied car), and right at the change point of 2006.

I suggest a repost in the section that fits your car, a tad further down the page than where we are now.

When time permits, please do an Intro in the New Members Area.

I dont know of an aftermarket, or alternative, for that tank part.

I have never seen nor could find an aftermarket one when I went to replace mine. I did find it to be reasonable at Jagbits one of the forum sponsors.
