4.2 L Diff. Plug
I finally got the plug out today.
1.Removed the sway bar and unbolted the diagonal brace at the back.
2. Cut 1/2" sq. bar stock 1" long and maneuvered into the plug. It's best to stuff a rag in the gap below so you don't lose the bar stock when you drop it.
3. From the side slid a 14mm ratchet drive wrench over the bar stock.
4. Used a wrecking bar to break the plug loose.
Pumping the old oil out and refilling with the Mity Vac will be easy compared to getting the plug out.
