'97-'06 Jaguar XK8 Army Green Matte Wrap
New Life to my original tan colored jag. Still Tan underneath the wrap changed the look with out painting. Everything that was chromed is Blacked out.. Black Powder coated 20 x 10 rear wheels 20 x 9 front rims (Staggered) brake calipers yellow.. Only because red is cool and common in these parts.. So why not be different? All Purpose Luxury Vehicle.. Rear back-up camera as well. Kept the top tan to keep the Army theme.

Green dip XK - one of a kind for sure
In your post, you mentioned swapping out your old audio for some more modern equipment. I am in an old ('01) XK as well, and have no use for the cassette, my CD changer doesn't work correctly and I'd really like to
have at least aux. input for my iPod, but Pandora streaming also would be great.
Did you retain original speakers/amps/subs and such, just swapping out the head units, or did you go for the whole enchilada?
Can I ask what brands were installed and how much each upgrade cost? Would you do it again?
I've been in or owned cars with amazing sound systems, spatial-input settings to imitate a large or a small venue - both OEM and expensive after market. Honestly, there is something about the system in our cars that is very appealing - very basic, but loud and clear - I dug up some old cassette tapes and the old Talking Heads music cranked up to 28 or so was like getting a hard slap in the face!
Anyway, thanks for listening to me ramble - if you can, please tell me more about what you had done (or did yourself) please.

(Regarding The Back -Up camera) basically it was a feature that my Kenwood Radio offered (kiv-bt901) I'll try to offer you pics on this..I took a riskier approach. instead of using a license plate frame camera I had one installed via the trunk next to the license plate it's self. (pics soon)
