ABS DTC C1095 but 'NO LIGHTS'
My ABS/ASC/TRAC warning lights went off 2 days ago and when I recycled the switch they all disappeared and have not returned despite at least 60-70 miles of driving with plenty of stops and starts and ignition cycles. I ran IDS and it popped a C1095 code which will not clear and yet there are no warning lights and everything appears to be working as it should.
I've read the multiple posts about the bad solder joints in the control module being the culprit most often but even doing that reportedly doesn't clear the code. Since I have to assume that this was a transient error since the warning lights have NOT come back on despite several drive cycles how can I clear the code...if at all.

Getting that warning right after start up and then disappearing after a restart is the classic first sign of a battery on its way out. A week battery at start up will toss all manner of spurious codes that will disappear after a start up.
The starting drain will drop the voltage to a point the modules don't like.

Possibl
These codes popped up well after the car had been started at a point where the car had already driven a few miles and the system should have been generating 14+ running volts.
The battery is less than 2 years old and my experience with this car says the first sign of a failing battery is the window memory going south. Also both of my Jags have a tendency to throw a spurious ABS/ASC code when making the transition from an unpaved to a paved road but have never tossed in a C1095 as well when they do and the lights go off almost immediately.
My problem is not so much what may have thrown this code but the inability of my IDS software to clear the code when the fault goes away. From my reading of previous C1095 posts going back as far as 2011 it seems as if this code can not be cleared in any easy or normal way so I'm fishing for a response from someone who knows how to clear it.

RJ237... always a possibility and I have not thought to try the cruise. Since there has been no further ABS/ASC or other sensor lights coming and the car is otherwise acting normally I'm assuming that the speed sensors, l which have NOT thrown a code are operating. Since their failure causes the cruise to quit working I'm, again, assuming the cruise works.
Of course we all know what 'assume' really means<G>

When I repaired the solder connection in the past the warning would clear automatically after driving a short distance. It will not clear unless the car is driven.
Cruise control is disabled by several faults, not just wheel sensors. But I may be wrong about pump failure.
