ABS module

Default ABS module

Hi all, '03 XK8 4.2. DSC light on, computer code C1288 led mechanic to ABS module. removed and sent for inspection, burnt out apparently. Anybody have a spare available?? would one off an S-type 4.2 be the same? Any help would be gratefully received!!

There are various companies that repair the solder failures in these modules for very reasonable prices (here in the U.S., anyway). Where are you located?

Do a forum member search for autobahnkid. He parts out XK's and might have one.

hi, situated frozen North of Scotland. Module is fried apparently, new is approx £1300UK so looking for used module from breaker etc.

Hub,

I've replied to your similar question in UK & Eire Region forum with a suggestion.

Importing parts from the US usually hits us with UK Customs inspection charges which add considerably to the costs.
