Default Almost ready to change secondary tensioners

Hi gang,

I'm just about ready to dive in and change my secondary tensioners, and I've been reading just about every post I can find. Simonnallen has a great step by step procedure, https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ford+tensioner, but I'm confused by step 5:

5/ Undo the exhaust cam caps (5 of them) start from the middle out and undo the bolts one turn each until you have reduced the tension across the cam. Takes 6-7 turns depending on the position of the cam. Remove the cam caps these must be kept in order and direction. This is easy as they are all marked with numbers and little arrows.
I'm quite a novice as a mechanic and I have no idea where the exhaust cam caps are. It my be obvious once I open it up but I'd like to have a good feeling about it before I get going. Can anyone describe this or, better yet, have a picture where you could point it out?

They are looking right at you! They are the semicircular caps holding the exhaust cam to the block. The exhaust cam as opposed to the inlet cam, is the one you want to displace.

Attached is another writeup:

In this one, this is the key word is lower.
"- Loosen the (lower) exhaust cam bolts – do each a few turns at a time, to release tension on the cam slowly and evenly."

It is the lower cam on each side, always the one closest to where you are standing.

In the photo attached, it is the cam at the bottom right of the picture.
