I called a local dealer today, and was told that Jag no longer carries wheel
locks. ??? How wierd is that?

Could any of you recommend an aftermarket supplier?

I have a 20" multi-spoke on a 2003 XKR. It has some long extended bolts on it. I hear Gorillaz (s) makes good locks.

Try McGard. My recently purchased 2003 XKR has them on the Montreal wheels, and the "keys" were in a Jaguar container from McGard.

I have found that Jag dealers are useless. All that they want to do is sell new cars

I ordered wheel locks at my Jag dealer just a few months ago, they didn't indicate there was any problem getting them. As I recall, the price was not even a shock. You might try again or at another location. I would not use any aftermarket ones, they need to weigh the same, look the same and fit the same as the other bolts. The Jag bolts are not conical fit, they are an exact fit inside the wheel holes, universal aftermarket can be a real hassle to get a good fit.
