Default alum coolant dist pipe?

I'll be having the tensioners replaced in the next couple weeks, and decided to replace the thermostat, housing and coolant at the same time. I have parts on order, but could not find an aluminum coolant distribution pipe. I found the question dated earlier in this forum, but never the answer. Now would be the best time, if one is available. Otherwise...

I don't think anyone makes one or at least I haven't seen it. When I had the Tstat tower done the mechanic replaced the distribution pipe with OEM.

An 'aluminium coolant distribution pipe'......

I recall a post about replacing the plastic and rubber bleed hose (item 7) from the Thermostat Tower to the Expansion Tank with metal.

Is this the one you mean?

I thought it was the plastic pipe that run in front of the t-stat tower. Funny, I just replaced the part you noted last week. Broke it when I was cleaning the engine. It was amazing how flexible the new part was.
