Yeah, Jagwrangler has that whole procedure down to a science and I love the look of the three gauges. Like I said the only thing holding me back is finding some quality dash panels which good ones seem to be very very hard to find. The search continues lol

 

Yeah someone has been inside of my seats as well. The masonite panel on the back of the seat is sliding down like it was never put back in right. Oh well, but honestly I don't see the need for headrests that move. Your seat bottom looks a lot like mine it's in nice shape but it could probably use a fresh layer of foam? Not trying to make more work for you hahaha But seriously your project is looking great and would like to see it when you're done.

First suggestion, be aware of self destructing plastic!
This car is not a keeper for me (unless I die soon)I was going to firm up and reshape the drivers seat bottom but... inorder to lift the leather enough the controls need removed. In my situation that would mean new plastic surround...not worth it to me. I have sat in newish xk8 seats. Except for recaros they lack bolster support worth talking about.
