Default Another Strange Drivers Power Seat Problem

So, my wife tried to move the seat forward, then it stopped. Now it wont go at all! Swapped the power seat modules out and that is not the issue. Lo Then, open it again, it goes down, Close it it doesnt go up. Looks like its blowing fuses too. THEN, I hit the Memory button and the seat moves!!! But, still no seat controls on the seat. PLUS, we found that if you open the door, the window drops a bit as it should. But close it and it wont go up. Open it again, it goes down. Close it it will not go up. You can do this all day until the window is all the way down. Any ideas where I should start looking?

In the luggage compartment on the right hand side.

Loss of window auto-drop settings is a classic early indication of a partially discharged or failing battery. This can also cause all kinds of other weird electrical systems behaviour. Sort this out first before looking for more complex possible causes.

Thats exactly what it was. While troubleshooting the seat I had disconnected the battery. I didnt know that would effect the windows. Did a reset and that is resolved. Now onto the seat!
