Hi folks. So happy that the car is back on the road. We're working through some of the paint issues, and are in process of upgrading the stereo unit.

Bought a JVC Arsenal KDA95BT CD Receiver from Crutchfield. Bought Items Jaguar XJ Steering Control Interface and Car Stereo Fitting Kit from Nexxia. But there's a bit of confusion on how to wire it all up, despite having the wiring guide and Crutchfield's assistance.
The question is, of the two connectors labeled IC- on the upper left, which goes to the amp, and which to the CD? Does anyone know where to get a female connector like those that we can wire to the wiring harness?

The black is for an mbus-cable wired to the cd-changer, normally you can connect it simply with an mbus-adapter to the new unit,
the grey one is a special DIN- (Deutsche Industrie-Norm) cable, it is wired to the amplifier (like a cinch-cable)


1. Przedni prawy (FRONT RIGHT)
2. Przedni lewy (FRONT LEFT)
3. Masa (GND)
4. Tylny lewy (REAR LEFT)
5. Tylny prawy (REAR RIGHT)
6. Masa (GND)

 

Thanks! We got most of it together. The steering wheel controls DID work, but then just plain stopped. Really strange. We're going to track that down as soon as we get some time.
