Default Back from Le Mans Classic

Bought this few weeks ago as we wanted something a bit special to do the road trip to Le Mans Classic. Never been a Jag owner before and now this is a keeper.

I wish! Just been out and checked my trip computer MPG figure against the Litre/100km figure and they're exact equivalents. Same for Miles/kms

Maybe it's is just a difference between early and late models

No American cars have to have an accurate speedometer .UK cars read 4% low to comply with regulations " must not show the car is travelling faster than the speedo shows" so you need to add 4% to the miles covered which improves the MPG.
My top to the top figures were the same as the MPG meter on the car showed but the milo is out 4 %

Stevesxkr,:

What a beautiful Silverstone! You are Lucky to be able to drive to Le Mans! I've always wanted to go to the Race but it would be a major undertaking to get there from Houston. I watched most of the Race on TV until about Mid-Night and just couldn't take it anymore! Night Racing just doesn't do it for me....!

Your new XKR Silverstone would be the way to get there and for you to be able to drive there is amazing to me! What a thrill that must have been!
Congratulations and send us more Photos of your new Beauty!
