Would like to get some feedback on this topic. I had a Valentine One years
ago. It was one of the most expensive, but it worked well and saved my
butt on numerous occasions. Thanks, guys.

This will be my first spring and summer with my latest Jag, a 2003 XKR
convertible. I need to get prepared.

 

I still use the Valentine One... it goes off so much ahead of time that i almost don't believe it... wait and wait and wait to see a cop= get ready to speed up again and THEN there is the cop waiting. Picks them up very early. A jammer would be nice too.

Now Ed, you live in Virginia...how would you know that ??

 

I do not believe the state laws outlawing radar detectors are constitutional. The Supreme Court ruled like 30 years ago that the air waves are in the public domain and therefore, as citizens, we have a right to monitor anything that is broadcast. If challenged, I believe you'd win. A radar jammer is illegal because broadcasting is a licensed activity.
