It is called a FULCRUM SHAFT, UPPER WISHBONE, FRONT SUSPENSION MJA1455AD.
Please be sure to note the shim sizes and placement to reassemble correctly.(thick/thin, fore/aft)

265mm×15mm as best l can measure, but l don't have one off the car so can't be more precise with diameter.
