It's good to laugh at your mistakes, glad everyone on this thread has taken their "ooops" in stride.

 

Thought I would share my senoir moment. I was changing the windscreen wiper blase. Pull the arm back and removed the old blade, arm standing tall. Reach to put the new arm on the front and bumped the arm. Smack the spring takes it back to the windshield and promptly send a crack from the base of the glass al the way to the mirror.
Learned to put a nice fluffy shop towel between wiper arms and glass.
