Default Brembo bleed nipple sheared!

Just sheared a bleed nipple off on a Brembo XKR caliper. It is pretty much level with the caliper now. Any good tips on how to get it out?

That sucks. I've always been a little afraid of that happening when I have worked on my own brakes. Especially the first time, that sucker was in there tight.

I know you won't have a Sears but you'll get the idea. Probably need something like:
Easy Out

Since the nipple is already hollow you shouldn't need to drill it even.

If you have a machinist friend, you can ask them for advice too.

There appears sufficient protruding to be able to cut a slot in it and use a manual impact screwdriver.

The visible thread is rusted and a good pre-soak with penetrating oil has to help.

I'd normally apply heat to free a seized bolt or stud but that would damage the silver finish on the caliper.
